AWFUL!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The office staff is wonderful right until you move in. After that you cannot get anything done or any questions answered. There were roaches in my apt when I moved in. Calling didn't work so I actually went down to the office (there isn't an office on site which is also bad). I told them that I had roaches and they said that someone would come take care of it.
