The problem at Pepsi is the management in the plant has no idea what it's doing. They are obsessed with getting rid of Teamsters in stead of producing a quality product. But the Teamsters in that plant with years of seniority pretty much get away with anything. Including having access to the building on days it's not producing. Like stealing deadly chemicals to produce a new kind of fuel.(Al Gabriel) Aggravated harassment to other employees and drug dealing (Ted Williams).
