This well known restaurant does not cut it with "kids" waiting on our table like we're at Jack in the Box. What happened to professional servers? Too much interaction between management and staff, playing around, and service suffers. As a professional, when I want a good meal and willing to pay for it; I'd really like to see some professionalism. They just don't get it there. Missed the mark in Grapevine.
