The lady answering the phone is very rude and treats customers as if you are being ridiculous for having questions. I wouldn't have been nearly so upset with the tank rental fee (fell about 50 gallons short), except that she was very demeaning in telling me that there was no way they could make a delivery within four days time before my anniversary. Also, when they send a "warning" postcard about the tank rental fee, it is stated in vague terms. It says your anniversary is at the "end of _____________________" (insert month).
