A couple of months ago this company went to my rental and left without tightening the kit. faucet and the tenant has been having to hand tighten it to be able to use it. I left several messages asking him if he could please go back and tighten the faucet and nothing has happened. He came to out house to check out a clogged garbage disposal with slimy, stinky water(we just bought the house) and asked to use one of my pots to collect the water(which I didn't want to do) and removed the plumbing to catch in what I gave him.
