SCUMBAGS! They did significant damage to my truck during towing. I reported it immediately and filled out a claim form, which they IGNORED. I sent a demand letter, which they IGNORED. I called, leaving messages, which they IGNORED. When I asked the name of the owner, I was told they don't give it out--and that he doesn't speak with the public! We'll see if they ignore my small claims suit...
