My experience with this towing company was awful! The office staff was very rude when working with me. They towed my car from an accident to their lot and when I went to get car out of the lot it took almost a full hour to get them to release it. During the hour the staff continued to be rude. Then the main office staff member I was working with said "ill b right back" where she proceeded to take a 15 minute "break." She only returned from her "break" after another office staff member called her over the loud speaker. When she returned from her break she was s
