On a recommendation, I took my Ford Explorer to them because of rumbling from the rear end of the car. On the internet I found out that Ford has had alot of trouble with rear ends failing so was thinking that was the problem. Called them and we talked about the problem for about 15 mins and other problems that it may be other than the rear end.
