I recently moved to the Dobsferry Ardsley area. I decided to try the Crostown Taxi for the first time and I was greatly displeased. The evening weekday dispatcher, was extremely rude and short tempered. I was taken aback to the say the least, with her poor customer service. I am a frequent cab rider, and I have NEVER experienced such poor service in the many years of traveling via cab service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS CAB SERVICE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER CAB SERVICES OUT THERE, AND NEARLY ALL OF THEM ARE WORTH MORE OF YOUR PRECIOUS DIMES THAN CROSTOWN
