This man is horrible and lazy and old. My husband and I were thoroughly decieved by his portfolio from previous years. His wife is the one who did all the talking and meetings. We realized why later---Jim is not a people-person, he is rude and impatient. He did not take pictures of our guests at the wedding/reception. I had to ask him to take photos of important people. He was mad that we did not purchase the $2500 package. I said that I could make my own photo book from kodak.com for $35. He reused to touch-up photos of my husband and I eventhough we paid extra in th
