In July when my husband and I got our stimulus check we decided to go and get my husband a tattoo. We went to a couple of tattoo shops and ended up at "Studio7" better know as "Skinsvoice" in my new phone book. We went in and met the tattoo artist by the name of Ralph. My husband told Ralph that he wanted the tattoo to go all the way around his forearm from his wrist to his elbow. Ralph said okay and told chad that he charges 120 and hour but would do it for him for 80 an hour so Ralph couninued on to say that it would take about three to four hours and it would be 400
