We have contacted Dependable Mulch numerous times to arrange for delivery of our PREPAID firewood order, and have waited two entire Saturday's for them to deliver. The company failed to deliver the wood on either day (October 10th or 17th), and have failed to return our telephone calls as well. This company's lack of professionalism and reliability left us no other option but to cancel the order and demand a refund.
