I made the mistake of taking a bridesmaid gown to Red Carpet Boutique to be altered. The alterations were minimal, consisting of a hem and a bow added to the waistline of the dress. I took the dress in 5 weeks before the wedding. When I picked up the dress (1 week prior to the event), the hem was crocked and had to be re-done...to which it is still is not straight; and the bow and sash were not attached as discussed. The alterations were all done by hand stitching opposed to using a sewing machine. The craftsmanship was spotty at best; I could have done a more p
