Lovely service - came over in a snap. after he opened my door I had him take a look at the back door to our house and he had some really good suggestions as far as how to keep it secured (it's an old door) what I really appreciated was the fact that he did not try to sell me anything and took his time to review my lock and explain everything to me ! High 5 from me!
