s luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that their technician went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from their company to help me out. I could sense that He was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately
