it's low income so don't expect perks like a/c or dishwashers but they are clean and the lot is good for kids, a lot of grassy space and swings and playground. staff is pretty hard pressed for time, for some reason the management company only has part time schedules for staff which is ridiculous, i think they work at another complex that the company owns, so you have to be patient. it's got rental assistance, the manager is really strict about compliance stuff.
