I've been to both locations many times to buy everything from food to laying hens and I've never had a bad experience. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Every animal we've bought has been healthy and fair priced. Not a huge selection in animals but every animal is healthy and the cages are always clean. Their "mascot" ( a chicken) riding a large tortoise around the store is a must see. I would definitely recommend Pratt's over a large chain store.
