I received excellent advise and follow up with Michelle at Maple Street Clinic. For my health and well being, she deteremined that I MUST loose weight in January of this year. I have been on a weight loss program with a monthly visit with her to make sure I am healthy in every other way while I take off the weight. 52 lbs lighter and still loosing in a very healthy way, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and the care she has given me. Michelle knows "me" from family to work to fun to challenges. Once I reach goal weight, I know I won't have to do anything
