Do not use this company!!! I just fired them. I switched over to Cumberland River when they first came to Robertson County. I was sucked in by low prices and free tank rental. When they first started the were very dependable not any more. Horrible customer service, they make delivery promises the cant keep. They love to let you run out so they can charge a fee. Corporate is about as unfriendly as the local office. No one ever answers the phone, you must leave messages in hopes they call you back. I am contacting the BBB today on them…Adams Gas to the rescue.
