As a vegetarian, I find eating out a bit challenging. Usually I scan through the menu looking for something I can eat. If a veggie burger is on the menu, its usually bland and unimaginative. When I visited Deadbeat Petes, there was a DP regular burger that sounded great and a black bean veggie burger. I asked if the fixings could be put on the veggie burger. You'd think this was a reasonable request but most places won't do it. Guess they don't know what to charge or their computer isn't programmed to take it.
