A total of 420 acres of creek and river land provides the setting for Primitive Camp sites for tent and RV plus a few hookups. Boat Ramp to large bayou off of Escambia River, the 4th largest river in Florida and great fishing and hunting. Great Duck hunting in Winter! We have hiking trails and picnic areas and a small general store. With the Cottage Hill area to the north, our trails are great for mountain bikers and horses. A small farm on the property provides fresh vegetables in season. Very Rustic and beautiful bayous & creeks. Our bayou is great for small unpowered boats. You don't have to go into the River to have a great time and catch a lot of fish!
