Shortly before Thanksgiving in 2004 Gail Ambrosius opened her chocolate business with the help of friends and family. Within eight years Gail has gained a national reputation for her single-origin dark chocolate truffles. In 2010 she was recognized by the Food Network for making “America’s best little box of chocolates” and her dark chocolate creations made several “best of” lists including Midwest Living, Huffington Post, Bon Appetit, Martha Stewart Living, and O Magazine. Wisconsin Bride magazine has even named Gail’s chocolates as the Best Favors of 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012! Gail was recently named one of the top 10 chocolatiers in North America by Dessert Professional magazine.
