We are locally owned and operated serving the Boonville, Mount Airy, and Elkin area. Our services are designed for practically any living arrangement where an older adult simply needs human interaction and help with day-to-day activities. Care Soth Home Care Agency was founded by Dara Jester Puryear, RN in 2001. Dara brings experience and understanding to the facility bringing comprehensive companionship and home care services for seniors.
