Our dad, being a lifelong mechanic, finally fulfilled his dream of owning his own service station/auto repair business in 1972 when he was able to purchase the local Ashland Service Station. Six years later, he built a facility right behind the Ashland station to start a new business ,which is now Witty's Muffler and Complete Car Care. Our dad passed away in 1992. We made a promise to him to take over the business and run it like he had for the past 20 years, with honesty and integrity. We make sure every customer is treated with courtesy and respect. We make sure every customer is satisfied with the work we performed and the cost of that work. All of our work is guaranteed. We offer at least a 90-day warranty on new parts and a 90-day warranty on labor. We offer 24-hour towing and unlocking service and we tow for several roadside assistance companies. Clifton Wheeler is our exhaust professional and full-time mechanic. He has been with our company for 37 years! William Emmert is our shop manager and auto technician. He has been with us since 1975—that's 35 years! We have grown up with these guys. Johnny is our tow truck driver, mechanic, and jack of all trades. Johnny has been with us for over three years and has a wonderful future with us. Becky Lile (my daughter) helps in the office. She attends WKU, but helps us part time with the office duties.
