Home Care Plus offers a variety of services from personalized in-home health care, a adult day program and a state licensed training school offering both Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) training. Home Care Plus is licensed, bonded and insured and all of our caregivers are either CNAs or CHHA and we have a nurse on call 24 hours a day which provides clients and their families and added sense of security. The In-Home Health Care we provide is customized to each individual client. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to all our clients with dignity and respect for the client, their property and their home. We can provide care from 3 hours a day to 24/7. Our adult day program , Memory Lanes is a supportived day program for adults and offers respite to the families. It provides older adults an opportunity to get out of the house and receive social stimulation in a safe home environment. Memory Lanes is open Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. Memory Lanes is located in historic downtown Plymouth. Nutritional meals and snacks are provided along with a variety of activities including range of motion exercies, cards, crafts, sing a longs and field trips. In addition Home Care Plus operates a state licensed training center offering Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide programs. The trainging classes are held Mondays-Fridays through out the year. Call for details.
