The hall is available for your use from 10 am to 2 am. Conveniently located in the heart of the Twin Cities (just two blocks east of the U of M campus) with easy access to a wide selection of hotels, major freeways, and ample complimentary parking. The halls feature hard wood dance floors, gorgeous high tech lighting, state of the art house sound and light systems for toasts, bands, and DJ use, professional performance stages, digital video projection screens, and expert sound and production engineering to ensure everything looks and sounds perfect. Onsite catering creates dinners or buffets from a variety of American, ethnic, or contemporary dishes, with flexibility to create a menu according to your own individualized taste. Hors d’oeuvres to an exquisite multiple course banquet, your food will be expertly prepared, beautifully presented and professionally served. There is no charge for the hall rental (including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, china, silverware, video projector with screen, dance floor, full PA with IPOD compatibility, and intelligent light system) with the following food catering minimums: November to April: Friday - $3,750 / Saturday - $5,000 / Sunday* - $2,950 May to October: Friday - $5,000 / Saturday - $7,500 / Sunday* - $3,750 *Sundays that fall on holiday weekends are charged Saturday rates. You may provide your own alcohol complimentary to your guests with no corking fee paid. This offers a significant savings over most reception halls. The hall includes at no charge a bar with glassware (white wine glasses, red wine glasses, champagne flutes, beer glasses, and high ball glasses), expansive refrigeration, unlimited ice, and a keg refrigerator with tap.
