In most locations the electric company will even buy back the excess electric your system produces. It is easier for them to do this because it reduces the amount of energy they have to produce. GRID TIED SOLAR UNITS - This means that our systems are tied to the existingelectric grid that serves your home – this is called Grid Tied Systems. For people who want to be totally independent of any grid tied systems you will need to go to another site as we do not provide this option.
