We welcome parents in the treatment rooms and usually find this gives a feeling of security for both child and parent during their dental care. Please feel free to call us with any questions you may have or drop by for a visit. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends children see the pediatric dentist in and around the time the first tooth erupts. This allows the doctor to detect any developing problems early. It is most beneficial at this age to help with suggesting about infant oral care, how to decrease teething discomfort, and prevention of dental decay. We recommend seeing your youngster for their first active hygiene appointment between the ages of 2-3. Our doctors and staff will explain using show and tell to explain each procedure to your child. Most youngsters have fun in the office--in fact the most difficult time for parents is often seen when its time to leave. Our doctors and staff are available for any questions you may have. We welcome seeing infants and toddler and younger ages with any particular concerns.
