Our focus is to provide a truly individualized plan of care for your physical therapy needs whether it be injury management and rehabilitation, pre / post-operative rehabilitation, pain management or rehabilitation to restore movement and function due to a stroke, illness or disease. The Center for Physical Health is genuinely a "hands on clinic" that utilizes many specialized techniques and unique physical therapy approaches to rehabilitation so that our clients get the highest results possible each session. The Wellness Programs provided by the Center for Physical Health have been created to promote and maintain health and wellness with a unique Mind - Body approach. They are designed to help you meet your goals with confidence and allow you to enjoy the process. These programs are conducted by our staff which includes exceptionally trained, certified and experienced personal trainers and Massage Therapists. These programs are customized to help each individual to meet their personal goals of wellness, fitness and / or weight loss. The Center for Physical Health also offers small group classes for Yoga and mat based Pilates; nutrition / weight loss and stress management. These classes are designed to encourage maximal instructor to student interaction so that you get the most out of your experience every class. We are proud members of BNI and the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber, and sponsor the Steel Valley Triathlon Club and Healthy Kids Running Series. Massage Therapy is available by appointment.
