Amwell Church Of Brethren

📍 40 Sandbrook Headquarter, Stockton, NJ, 08559

📞 908-237-1454

Our mission at Amwell Church of Brethren is to reach out with love and compassion so others may know Christ. Our Christian church believes that God wrote the Bible through 40 different men on two continents over a period of 1,600 years. These men came from various backgrounds and stations in life. While each of them wrote one or more separate books, God molded all those books together, making them one perfect book without error or contradiction. Our Christian church supports the activities of several missionary families around the world. Everyone is welcome to attend our Sunday morning service in Stockton, New Jersey. We also have Sunday School classes. We also give our members the opportunity to study the word of God. The Amwell Church of Brethren does not perceive itself as the church of Jesus Christ on earth, but, rather, as a part of the universal body of believers called the Church. Amwell was founded in 1773, making it the fourth oldest Church of the Brethren congregation in the United States.
