The story of Zion begins in 1874, when a group of faithful immigrants began holding worship services in a private home. From there, the congregation grew to its present size of over 1,100 members, and for the past 55 years it has worshiped in a landmark structure of stained glass and Indiana limestone. Within these beautiful walls, children meet their Lord for the first time, young adults learn the path of faith, and people of every age and background are nourished in the forgiveness of Christ.
