Mental, emotional, and physical traumas may be ready to be unlocked and guidance to the healthy release of those traumas is key. Tools are given to build your awareness and direction provided so you may walk consciously in self-care. I offer coaching, one-on-one sessions, retreats, classes, courses, and workshops so you have many options available to choose from to help you achieve your goals.
