MY very personal Story Having personally overcome several threatening health issues, including disordered eating, diabetes, heart disease and weight instability, I acquired a formal wellness specialty in those specific and increasingly more common areas of health challenges. I also came to the full realization, of what most of us have suspected all along, that wellness is a function of not only the physical being but also the emotional and spiritual being. As a result of my own personal health issues and in an effort to help others take back their health, I created New Life Health & Fitness Coaching. Helping clients achieve the level of success that they want. The mission of New Life Health & Fitness Coaching is to provide private or group health and fitness services to those interested in improving the quality of their lives. Understanding the need for exercise, especially as we age, I am also currently enrolled in a Certification Program at the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) to become a Certified Personal Trainer. My health coach training and education also took me into the area of energy healing. I am a Reiki Practitioner trained in the USUI SHIKI RYOHO Tradition.
