The Center for Heart-Mind Coherence is an experience in the transformation of heart and mind habits, from self-defeating to powerfully creative. Our guided process is tailored to each group and session. It leads participants through self-reflective work, including individual coaching, group discussion and sharing, writing and other mindful exercises.
