Pioneered byJonathan Meadows and Nathan Shelton who appreciate every coffee for whatit truly is and are committed to taking whatever steps necessary tohighlight the amazing, unique character in every coffee. We arecommitted to both quality and sustainability, bringing both idealshand-in-hand; bringing a new level of care, attention to detail andsocioeconomic responsibility to the world of coffee. Jonathan has competed in the United States Barista Championship andplaced 5th in the 2009-2010 South Central Barista Competition. BothNathan and Jonathan compete regularly in latte art competitions and incoffee events around Texas. We source only the best coffee we can get our hands on and believethat our job as coffee roasters is to highlight the sweet spot in everysingle coffee that we offer. We roast and cup every coffee incelebration of the the hard work that coffee producers have put intotheir crop year round, respecting the processes that have gone before usand the preparation and consumption of the coffee that will take placeonce it is in your hands. Because of the hard work that goes into producing coffee; from originto roaster, we are committed to educating our customers on properlybrewing the coffees that we roast, whether we are supplying a cafe orjust the coffee you drink at home. Once roasted, coffee is only good for about 14 days. Because of thiswe roast all of our coffees to order and suggest ordering less coffeemore often to insure that you are getting the freshest coffee possible. We currently offer free delivery if you live in North Dallas,Richardson, Plano or Garland.
