I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a non-hypnotic technique, to help those overcome the emotions associated with PTSD, sexual abuse, rape, and other traumas, and eliminate fears and phobias. Sessions are typically 2-2 1/2 hours long. You are not in hypnosis for the full length of a session, however. EFT sessions are typically 1-1 1/2 hours long.
