It's been a labor of love for nearly 40 years. And we still love what we do. We've grown quite a bit since 1973. We're big enough to do almost any size job, but we still treat every customer like a friend - with the same respect and commitment to excellence we had from the very first day. SFS&R is owned and operated by Kevin McPartlon, Francis McPartlon and Anna Bunker, a Santa Fe native. Kevin started the company as a contractor and roofer in San Francisco, California in 1973, but moved back to New Mexico to open McPartlon Roofing, Inc. in 1985. In the family tradition, he quickly adapted to the unique requirements of southwestern roofs and became an expert on the flat roof "pueblo" style and the pitched metal roofs common to Northern New Mexico. Kevin's expertise in the broader construction industry enabled him to expand customer services to include stucco, custom interior plaster finishes as well as subterranean waterproofing. In 2006, Kevin designed and constructed three contemporary condominiums in the Railyard District in downtown Santa Fe, showcasing all areas of his expertise. Francis McPartlon grew up in the family business and became a full time partner in 2011. Francis is a Project Manager - providing estimates, tracking schedules and monitoring the progress of each project to make sure everything is just right. Anna is Operations Manager and handles the of logistics of finance, staff and customer services. Ruperto Reyes, our stucco foreman, operated Reyes Lath and Plaster working with several Santa Fe builders during the 1980s and 90s. He started working with Kevin in 2003. He is recognized as a master in hard trowel interior plaster finishes and an expert in exterior stucco finishes. Anthony Griego, our roofing foreman, has 25 years of experience and knowledge in the roofing trade and is an expert in all types of roof installation. The most important thing to know about us?
