We provide help with complex traumas, emotional issues like depression, anxiety, adjustment problems , immigration issues, and relational issues. We work with adolescents, individuals, couples and families. We provide provide an eclectic approach to therapy and are trained in trauma focused therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
