The time card is then sent to Labor Finders and provides information needed to produce a pay check for the employee. The client is then billed and pays Labor Finders according to the terms. After only 25 business days you can hire our employee outright and make them your employee if you desire. We call this the working resume and our competitors require 400 hours or 90 days.
