The Choreography House is a dance studio with more than 60 weekly classes, servicing beginners through professional performers. Classes include a variety of offerings, such as pole dance (beg, int, adv, spin, hand balancing, Chinese pole techniques), traditional dance forms (ballet, contemporary, jazz), core fitness, stretch and flexibility, specialty dance (Latin burlesque, dirty talk, twerk, creative poleography), open pole sessions, and coming soon - aerial! We also offer private lessons, choreography, and private parties. Dance Classes & Lessons Anyone can learn to dance – from non-dancers to Fred and Ginger wannabes. It’s easy, fun, and a great way to exercise. With over 25 years experience, professional dancer and former Arthur Murray instructor, Kathy Levyn, will take you step by step through the technique, styling, rhythms, and footwork of contemporary social dances. Ballroom and Swing dance lessons in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles, Ca. Also offered is Country Western 2-step and line dances, Freestyle Nightclub and Hustle. Private and Group Classes Private instruction, with flexible scheduling, is available at Kathy’s home studio in Valley Glen, or your location for individuals, couples and small groups. Wedding Choreography to your chosen song and style will assist you to wow your guests on your special day. Six week group sessions are offered through Santa Monica College on Thursday nights.
