WE PUT OUT THE BALLOONS AND TABLE SETTINGS. EACH CHILD PICKS A FLAVOR OF ICE CREAMAND THEN THEY ADD ALL THE TOPPINGS THEY WANT FROM TOPPINGS BAR. WE TRAVEL; ASK US ABOUT COMING TO YOUR PLACE WITH OUR ICE CREAM CART OR TUBS AND ALL THE TOPPINGS.
