Dr. James E. Williams is board certified in foot and ankle surgery. He is a native of Conyers and attended Rockdale High School, graduating in 1967. He spent four years in the United States Army and is a decorated veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart. After his army service, he attended Columbus College & University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Williams received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1980 from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine. He next completed his surgical residency at the Atlanta Hospital and Medical Center and has been serving the Rockdale, Newton and surrounding communities for over 27 years. He is a staff physician at Rockdale Medical Center, Newton Medical Center and The International Center for Foot & Ankle Surgery. Dr. Tobi Todd completed his professional degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 2000. He also specializes in the surgical reconstruction of the foot and ankle. Dr. Todd provides services to all ages including pediatrics, young adults, seniors, and geriatrics. He specializes in general podiatric medicine and treats all ages with foot, ankle, or leg deformities, conditions and diseases. Dr. Todd treats patients with sports injuries, neuralgia, pain, neuropathy, numbness, musculoskeletal conditions, difficulty walking, neurological and vascular conditions, dermatological and arthritic conditions, infections, diabetes, trauma, and congenital and physical deformities.
