The physicians and staff of Montgomery Orthopaedic Surgeons and Associates are committed to providing a wide range of orthopaedic services to help improve bone and joint health, including surgical and non-operative care. With five orthopaedic surgeons and one non-surgical orthopaedic physician on staff, new patients are always welcomed and accommodated quickly. Homayoun Mesghali, MD, performs general orthopaedic surgery. He has always been interested in the newest surgical techniques that benefit patients. Dr. Mesghali was instrumental in bringing arthroscopic surgery to the Dayton area and now offers computer assisted surgery for suitable candidates. Dennis Brown, MD, is Medical Director of The Joint Center at Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Brown is fellowship trained and specializes in adult reconstruction of the hip and knee including total and partial joints, hip resurfacing, hip arthroscopy, and birth defects in adults. James Klosterman, MD, performs general orthopaedic surgery and offers the Uni-Knee option in lieu of total knee replacement for suitable candidates. Dr. Klosterman has been instrumental in developing the Sports Medicine Program at Good Samaritan Hospital. Gregory Goings, MD, has recently returned to the Dayton area. His practice focuses on general non-operative and operative orthopaedic care for adults. Dr. Goings has fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery and also offers replacement surgery of the hip and knee. Michael G. Raab, MD, joined the practice in August 2011 after relocating to Dayton. He specializes in treatment of the hand, elbow and shoulder as well as general orthopaedic surgery. Dr. Raab offers both arthroscopic and replacement surgery options for the upper extremities. Jeffrey Rayborn, MD, is fellowship trained in sports medicine. He offers non-surgical orthopaedic care and has a special interest in sports medicine. Dr. Rayborn is currently the team physician for Tipp City High School. Montgomery Orthopaedic Surgeons and Associates is part of Premier Health Specialists and is currently accepting new physician-referred patients of all ages.
