The office parking lot entrance is on Dorothy lane. We are located about 1 block north of Ward Melville High School on Old Town Road and are directly across from Borella Garden Center. Our office entrance is in the parking lot and is wheel chair accessible. Our goal is to provide the highest quality medical and surgical foot and ankle care. Dr. Buffone is dual board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. Dr Buffone and has been a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons since 1996. Our practice is dedicated to providing superior foot and ankle care to all ages of patients.
