I earned my medical degree in Germany in 1971. After working in biochemical fields where I got my doctorate, I specialized in Internal medicine and worked as a family physician in private practice for more than 20 years. Additionally, I hold a German license for Psychotherapy, Acupuncture and Qigong. For personal reasons, I have settled now in the United States. The fact that I cannot practice medicine here without a US state license, gives me the opportunity to expand on my work with Energy Psychology, Qigong, Autogenic Training and work to heal dealing with more subtle energies than those emphasized in well-known conventional western medicine. In this context EFT proved to be an extraordinary method of combining subtle energy of the Meridians with aspects of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) while focusing on emotional blockages. With all my longstanding background of medical experiences in both the western and eastern paradigms I am now working as a counselor for personal health and wellbeing promoting EFT, Qigong and Autogenic Training as means of Stress management, emotional well being, and regaining and maintaining personal health and vitality.
