He is currently on staff at Central DuPage Hospital and Delnor Community Hospital. Dr. Carroll is a member of the American Medical Association, Illinois State Medical Society, and DuPage County Medical Society. Dr. Carroll is pleased to announce Amy Burgess, CNM, APN has joined his office. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, Amy will be seeing patients in our our Carol Stream office, providing compassionate, individualized primary care to women of all ages.
