Dr. Lund graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science in 1997. He continued his medical training in San Francisco at the California College of Podiatric Medicine, earning his doctorate degree in 2001. Dr. Lund completed a three year residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery in Scranton, Pennsylvania, including a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore, Maryland.
