Jaime S. Schwartz MD is Board Certified in plastic surgery, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Schwartz attended Georgetown University School of Medicine. While pursuing his medical degree, he furthered his expertise in breast cancer care by studying tumor biology and the molecular basis of cancer at the Lombardi Cancer Center, designated by the National Cancer Institute. Recognized for his expertise in breast reconstruction surgery, Dr. Schwartz was one of 10 plastic surgeons in the country invited to develop national guidelines for techniques using tissue expanders and implants and autologous tissue for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
