I now have special experience in Urgent care, geriatrics, pain management and wound care and of course do all types of minor general surgery & endoscopy. Testing ( EKG, Spirometry, Somnography, Ultrasound/Doppler as well as basic laboratory tests are available in my office. I am on call 24/7/365 and have extended office hours nights and weekends. Remote access through telemedicine is available for when an office visit is not necessary or possible and all your records are secure and available to you on line. PHILOSOPHY I believe it is necessary to understand and care for the entire person and this can be best achieved by listening to the patient at length and examining carefully taking all the time necessary and only then applying existing standards of care to the working diagnosis. It is important to assist patients in caring for themselves and their families and this may require a house call. My Direct Primary Care practice strives to provide everything that patients value and insurance providers don't and I offer my experience and availability to each patient regardless of their ability to pay.
