Bristol Gynecology & Obstetrics is a gynecology office serving Bristol, TN, and the surrounding communities. Since 1957, we have sought to offer our premium obstetrical services. Bristol Gynecology and Obstetrics is a pro-life organization and offers a full range of obstetrical services to women throughout southwest Virginia, east Tennessee and southeast Kentucky. We specialize in normal vaginal delivery, cesarean section delivery, problem and high-risk pregnancy, and VBAC delivery (vaginal delivery after a c-section) at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Our services include: Delivery Maternity care Sterilization and birth control Pelvic exams and surgery Patients are encouraged to visit one of our doctors upon finding out they are pregnant. During the first OB visit, patients receive a full physical exam and talk with a nurse and doctor (of your choice) about pregnancy, with the goal in mind of delivering a healthy baby from a healthy and happy mother. Fathers are encouraged to share the pregnancy and delivery experience and are welcome during office visits. We offer a full range of office gynecology services such as annual examinations, evaluation of abnormal pap smears, menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, laparoscopy, colposcopy, LEEP and in-office ultrasounds. We offer hospital care and surgery for a complete range of gynecologic conditions such as cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, urinary continence and pelvic organ prolapse. We are conscious of our patients' time and make every effort to see patients in a timely fashion. Should an emergency occur and office visits be delayed, the patient will be notified so that they may choose to wait or reschedule an appointment. A doctor or nurse is always available during the day to take your call or to address emergencies. Should you have an emergency after 5:00PM weekdays or over the weekend, simply call our regular office number and our answering service will direct your call day and night.
